How can I pay? What payments does dudubags accept? Plus
We accept payment via Paypal, Visa credit card, Mastercard, Postepay, bank transfer, Sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay. You can select the payment method you prefer after confirming the cart and shipping details.
Is online payment on dudubags safe? Plus

We have chosen the Paypal Pro platform (leading European and global operator) to ensure the highest level of security in online transactions. At the time of payment, a padlock will appear at the bottom of the screen, indicating the security guarantee of the transaction. Your banking data will be transmitted to the Paypal server after encryption using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This data will not be stored under any circumstances. The procedures just described comply with the current protection regulations to best guarantee your online transactions.

I paid for my order via bank transfer. When will it be shipped? Plus

dudubags processes orders paid by bank transfer only when the actual credit is visible in our bank account. Until then, the order remains in pending payment status. The average time is about 1-3 business days. If the customer provides the bank transfer receipt in advance, dudubags reserves the right to still wait for the payment to appear in its bank account. If you want your order to be processed faster, we recommend choosing a payment method such as PayPal, credit card, or cash on delivery.

How much does it cost to return an item? Plus

For orders shipped to Italy, the return is free.

A Bartolini courier will pick up the package directly at the address you chose. During the return procedure, we will ask you to contact us via email to indicate a preferred day and time slot for the package pickup. Since Bartolini makes deliveries and pickups during working hours, we recommend choosing a delivery/pickup address that is staffed during the day or your workplace.

How do you order a product on dudubags? Plus

Have you made your choice? Select the product model you are interested in, and click on "Add to cart" to insert the item into the cart. Then, click on "Proceed" and follow the instructions to complete the three phases of the order procedure:

1 - Check the summary of your order and the shipping address.
2 - Choose the payment method, the type of delivery, and the billing address.
3 - Confirm: please enter the necessary information to complete the payment.

At this point, you will receive an email with the order number, the summary, and the package reference number. If you have any difficulties, we invite you to contact us at info@dudubags.com or number 0434-555647. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

How are the colors of the products indicated on dudubags described? Plus

The colors indicated on the product cards of our items are to be considered purely indicative and general in nature, as the assignment of a color to a specific shade is subjective. To overcome this inconvenience, we invite our customers to rely on the main photos of the products; what is presented is what will arrive at your home. Furthermore, another important factor is that the color on the screen may differ slightly from reality due to the type of monitor used and its settings. Ambient lighting, the camera, and product preparation try to reproduce reality as much as possible, but we must always consider that a slight difference may exist. The human eye is the ultimate reality and cannot be reproduced by any photo or description.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery? Plus
If you are not present at the time of delivery, Bartolini will leave you a notice and will try to contact you by phone to make an appointment for a redelivery. If they are unable to agree with you by phone, they will open a storage case and at that point we will contact you by email to inform you of the storage of your package. The package will remain in storage for a maximum of 10 days and then will be automatically returned to our headquarters.
Is it possible to have a gift wrapping for my purchase? Plus
Yes. After adding the desired products to the cart, you can enable the gift option for each selected item by choosing "yes" from the dropdown menu. The gift wrapping has an additional cost of €3.90 for each product.
