How to request a return

Requesting a return with DuDu is simple, fast, and entirely online.

User

To get started, log in to your personal account by clicking the Account icon at the top right of dudubags.com. Enter the email address used for your order: you will immediately receive a verification code (OTP) by email. Enter the code on the next screen to securely access your profile.

Search order

Once logged in, you will be able to view your order history. Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return and choose the relevant item(s). You will be asked to indicate the reason for the return, which helps us improve our service.

Email

After completing the selection, submit your return request by clicking “Request return”. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.

Easy returns

Once the return is approved, you will receive a further email with all the necessary instructions on how to properly prepare the package and how to proceed with sending the return.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Dudubags (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) operates with the aim of ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products purchased on dudubags.com, without any penalty.

For international orders, the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer, who must arrange the return shipment independently and bear the associated costs.

Returns can only be requested through the online procedure described above.

Product exchanges are not available. Returns, refunds, or replacements are not accepted for personalized products

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is valid only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Products must be intact, unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Personalized products cannot be returned.

Each item must be returned with the identification tag still attached and in its original packaging.

If all conditions are met, the Seller will refund the purchase price of the returned products. If 24-hour delivery was selected at the time of purchase, the cost of this additional service will not be refunded.

If the return does not comply with the stated conditions, the Seller will contact you. You may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding purchase amount.

Product identification tag

All products sold by the Seller include an identification tag, which is an integral part of the product. Please try the product without removing the tag, as returns without the tag will not be accepted

Return Shipping

For international orders, the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

The Seller does not arrange courier pickup for returns outside Italy.

The customer must independently organize the return shipment and cover all associated shipping costs. Dudubags does not offer free return shipping for international orders.

Refund timing and method

Once the returned products have been received, the Seller will verify that all required conditions have been met. After completing the checks, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.

The refund will be initiated by the Seller as soon as possible and, in any case, within seven (7) calendar days from the moment the Seller becomes aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the return complies with the applicable conditions.

The refund will be issued regardless of the payment method used for the purchase (credit/debit card or cash on delivery).

Actual refund times may vary depending on the selected payment method:

  • Credit or debit card Refund processing times depend on the card issuer. In general, the refund is credited within two billing statements. The value date of the refund corresponds to the original charge date, therefore no interest loss is incurred.
  • Bank deposit The refund will be made via bank transfer to the bank account provided by the customer. Processing times depend on the accuracy of the information supplied and usually occur within seven (7) days.
