Shipping is free throughout Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City.
Delivery times for all worldwide shipments are 2-3 working days.
The shipment will be made on the same day if the order is confirmed by 2.00PM, on working days. For orders received after 2.00PM, the package will be shipped the next working day.
When the package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking code and later another email from the courier containing the link to track the delivery. The couriers we rely on are: Fedex, DHL, DPD, Bartolini (only for Italy).
Check the link you will receive to stay updated in real time on any possible changes.
You can open a return request within 30 days from receiving the goods by accessing your account or, alternatively, from the login page even if you are not registered.
