How can I pay? What kind of payments does dudubags accept?

After confirming your cart and shipping information, select your preferred payment. We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card Visa, MasterCard, Postepay, Sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and bank transfer.

Are online payments to dudubags safe?

We selected PayPal Pro (the main operator in Europe and the world) to ensure maximum reliability for online transactions. At the time of payment, a locked padlock symbol will appear next to the address bar or at the bottom of the page, indicating a guaranteed secure transaction. Your payment data will be transmitted to the PayPal server using encryption protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). These data will not be stored. These procedures correspond to the security legislation in force to best ensure your online transaction safety.

I paid my order by T/T bank tranfer. When will be shipped?

DuDuBags deliver orders paid by bank transfer only when the credit appears in our bank account. Until then, the order is left in a state of waiting for payment. On average, the time is about 1-3 days. If the customer would provide in advance the receipt of the bank transfer, DuDuBags reserves the right to wait, however, that the payment appeared in our bank account. If you want your order to be processed in the fastest times, we strongly suggest you to choose a payment method such as PayPal or credit card.

How to order a product from dudubags?

Select the product model you are interested in. Click "Add to cart" to place the item in your shopping cart, then click "Proceed." Follow the instructions to complete the order process:

1 - Check the order summary and shipping address.
2 - Choose payment method, type of delivery and billing address.
3 - Validate by entering the necessary information to complete the payment.

Can I return a customized product?

No, customised products cannot be returned or refunded.

How to describe the colors of the products shown on dudubags?

The colors shown on the product data sheets of our items are purely indicative and general, as the assignment of a color to a certain shade is subjective. To overcome this drawback, we invite our customers to have faith to the main photos of our products, what is presented is the one that will come to your home. Also, another important factor is that the color on the screen may differ slightly from reality due to the type of monitor used and the setting of the same. The overhead lights, the camera and the preparation of the product try to reproduce the most of the reality but we must always consider that a minimum of difference can be. The human eye is the reality for excellence and what we see can not be reproduced by any photos or description.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you are not present when the courier comes, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery. Please contact the courier to establish another delivery date. If this fails, DuDuBags will receive notification from the courier. We will then notify you by email that the parcel is being held in courier storage. It will remain there for a maximum of 10 days. After that, it will be automatically returned to DuDuBags.

Do you have physical retailers in my area?

DuDuBags sells its products online. We have many resellers in Europe, but we recommend you buy online as it would be difficult to identify the exact store that has the product you are interested in available for sale.

Can I have a gift packing for my purchase?
